Our Mission

To provide comprehensive support to families living with children, adolescents and adults with autism spectrum disorder by fostering economic empowerment, promoting access to quality psychosocial services, and advocating for inclusive policies and practices that enhance their overall well-being and quality of life.

What We Do

Economic Empowerment

  • Vocational training and small-business mentorship
  • Microloan and savings programs for caregivers
  • Market linkages and income-generation support

Psychosocial Well-being

  • Counseling for parents and caregivers
  • Peer support groups and family circles
  • Referrals to therapy or specialist care

Education and Therapy Support

Train educators on inclusive teaching methods for autistic children. Provide access to therapy services (e.g., speech, occupational, behavioral). Offer scholarships or financial aid for specialized education in Autism.

Monitoring and Evaluation

Develop systems to track families' progress. Collect feedback for continuous improvement. Conduct impact assessments to measure program effectiveness.

Our Story

Ineza Solidarity was founded by parents and professionals who witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by families raising children with autism. Many families struggle with stigma, social isolation, financial hardship, and limited access to specialized services and support systems.

Recognizing these challenges, we chose to become part of the solution. We envisioned a supportive community where families could find understanding, practical assistance, and opportunities for growth.

From this vision, Ineza Solidarity Organization was born, a space of care, empowerment, and solidarity. Our goal is to create a strong network where families can access both emotional support and economic opportunities while advocating for a society that embraces inclusion and diversity.

Today, Ineza stands as a voice for inclusion, hope, and transformation, working tirelessly to improve the lives of individuals with autism and their families. transformation.

The Founders Story

Our founders came together after witnessing the gap in support for families raising children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Dyslexia in Rwanda. They saw mothers and fathers working tirelessly, but too often without access to education, and community support their children needed to thrive.

Inspired by these families’ resilience, our founders decided to build something different: a compassionate organization that would not only provide services, but also strengthen caregivers, educate communities, and advocate for inclusive opportunities. Their shared belief was simple—every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and participate fully in society.

Out of that conviction, Ineza Solidarity Organization was born. Today ISO brings families, health professionals, and educators together to create an inclusive future where every child is supported and every family is empowered.
